About Alexiana

Hi! My name is A(lexi)ana, and I've been working in the childcare field since 2018. I started my journey as a preschool teacher and over the past 6 years years I've had the opportunity to nanny for several wonderful families In 2018, I had the amazing opportunity to work as a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom. I was responsible for a classroom of 183-year-olds, which was an incredible learning experience. It gave me a deeper understanding of classroom management, child development, and creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I consider myself responsible, reliable, patient, and creative, and I always try to bring a positive attitude to everything I do. I love creating fun, engaging experiences for children while also providing them with the structure, care, and support they need to thrive. I'm passionate about childcare and feel very fortunate to have made a career out of something I genuinely enjoy!
