Since 2000, I've cared for children, homes, and pets. I got certified that same year by American Red Cross for babysitting, CPR, infant CPR, and first aid - and maintain those certifications. What started as helping neighbors and family grew into a lifelong passion for supporting families and contributing to calm and organized homes. I received training in 2007 through Nannies and Housekeepers USA in Las Vegas, where I learned the high standards required to support executive and VIP households, including professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. I worked with them until relocating to Charlotte, NC in 2013 after graduating college. I am active, creative, and attentive. I enjoy engaging with children through play, learning, and outdoor activities while helping households run smoothly. I maintain clean driving and b@ckground records. I require a site visit before committing to any job.

Alexia watched my three children shortly after their mother pass. My kids were 15 (boy) and 10 & 8 (girls). Alexia became part of our family and helped me by picking up and dropping off the kids at their events, assisted with homework, made sure the kids were doing their household tasks, played games and created crafts, held yoga sessions, made meals and made sure the kids were in good spirits. Alexia is great at balancing responsible behaviors with a caring demeanor. In addition to caring for the children, she went above and beyond to make my life easier by completing some household tasks or making sure the home was setup after returning from a trip. She wasn’t hired to do the latter, but she wanted life to be a little easier for all of us. Alexia is proactive, kind, funny and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire her back if I had young kids.
