Hello! My name is Alex and I'm an art student, teacher, and caregiver with over 10 years of experience. Though I grew up as a mini-mom to my younger autistic brother, I began working professionally with neurodivergent children and teens through equine therapy in 2015. I still maintain a role at this equine therapy ranch and have since worked with many children on the autism spectrum, with down syndrome, and other special needs in a school setting where I still work and through at home care. As an art student, I always love to bring creativity to my care and am always happy to meet kids where they're at and what interests they have. I am CPR and First Aid certified, gentle, patient, and care deeply about the work I do. Would love to meet new families who would love to connect!
