I hired Alexas to help with some back and shoulder exercises and personal care. I had messaged with her as recently as Wednesday. Then Friday she just didn't show up. I reached out to see if was running late, but no answer. No messages, no reasons, no excuses and no apology. It is now 4 days later and I still have not heard anything from her. I cannot recommend her, as I would not trust that she would follow through on a commitment.
