About Alexa

Hello! My name is Alexa, I am 19 years old, and I am currently a student at ASU. My degree is secondary education with an emphasis on mathematics: meaning I want to be a math teacher for middle schoolers and high schoolers! Although my degree is with older kids, I have plenty of experience with the littles through being a preschool teacher and tutoring younger students. I currently work at a community center where we run games, clubs, and help scholars with homework for our afterschool program and summer program. I personally am a pretty girly person and love to dress up. I do also play video games and can play some sports. I enjoy doing arts and crafts and simply being creative! I am willing to do cleaning: laundry, dishes, organizing, taking care of the dog. I do have some experience with neurodivergent kiddos and will be as patient as possible with any child.
