About Alexa

I have been working in child care for a a few months with the YMCA afterschool program. I was mostly placed with kindergarten- 1st grade but also cared for 2nd - 4th grade a few times. I absolutely loved my time there being able to spend time and have fun with the kids. I was trained to care for over 20 kids all at once and My favorite thing to do was arrange fun activities like arts and crafts and fun games. I was also able to provide homework assistance everyday during homework time and any other needs that they had. I hope to expand my experience with child care and wish to continue doing it.
