Hi! My name is Ali, and I bring over a decade of childcare experience to the families I work with. I've worked in a licensed childcare center with children ranging from infants to 12 years old, and I've also had the privilege of nannying for several families-caring for anywhere from two to six children at a time. In addition, I have six years of experience as a licensed teacher, which means I bring an educational, structured, and nurturing approach to caregiving. I understand the developmental needs of children across all ages and can support everything from infant routines to homework help and creative play. As a mom myself, I know how much trust goes into choosing the right caregiver. I do have a 5-month-old son who will be with me, and I see it as a bonus-your little one gets a built-in buddy!
