We hired Sasha as a full-time nanny for our nanny share, caring for our daughter and another girl, both about 8 months old at the time. Right from her trial day, Sasha impressed us. Our daughter wasn't the easiest baby, but Sasha handled her with a calm, confident, and caring demeanor that immediately put us at ease. Choosing her was the best decision we could have made. She's cared full time for both girls for 8 months and through that time period, Sasha did an amazing job caring for them. Some highlights: VERY caring, she spent a lot of time singing, talking interacting with the girls, making sure that they were engaging in age appropriate developmental activities, taking them on daily walks to the park, keeping very organized schedules for both of them (and they weren't always aligned), making sure all their needs are met. She always communicated how the days went, anything new in development or any unusual observations. She was very observant to their well being, and as a parent- I felt at ease and a peace of mind when leaving my baby with Sasha, knowing that she is cared for and adored. Sasha speaks the baby language and truly has a way of connecting with children. We also have a toddler at home, which wasn't under her direct full time care but on some occasions she had helped care for him and she ensure he's engaged, entertained and has a great time. We wholeheartedly recommend Sasha to any family looking for a nurturing, responsible, and professional caregiver.
