We had the pleasure of working with Sasha for nine months beginning when our baby was just two months old, and she was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we met during her interview, it was clear that Sasha has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about her work. As we're sure is the case for many new parents, returning to work and not being with our baby full-time was difficult, but knowing that he was safe and expertly cared for made all the difference. Sasha was wonderful about sending us photos, videos, and updates throughout the day every day - it's impossible to overstate how much this meant to us! Each day she also kept a detailed log of our son's schedule, and before going home, she would fully debrief with us and give recommendations as to how much he should eat and/or nap before for the rest of the day. She would also promptly let us know if she had any concerns about his health so that we were able to check in with his pediatrician as early as possible. In addition to diligently ensuring that all our son's needs were met, Sasha went above and beyond when it came to filling his days with age-appropriate fun and stimulation. Both parents in our family work partly from home, so we regularly saw firsthand how she would take the initiative to read and sing to him, take him for nature walks, do water activities (his favorite!) with him, and even did some adorable art projects with baby-safe finger paint. Supporting our son’s physical development was also a top priority for Sasha, and she was ultimately the one who helped him master sitting, rolling, and crawling. Lastly, Sasha is just an all-around lovely person to interact with, and now that our son has started daycare, we miss being able to spend time with her every day. Our baby boy absolutely loves her, and we truly feel that she cared for him as if he were her own. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for our family.
