Hi! I'm Alex! I have over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience as a nanny, mother's helper, summer camp counselor, and lead preschool teacher. As a lead teacher, I focused on developmentally appropriate, play-based learning that helped children build confidence and curiosity. I've cared for children from newborns through 12 years old and feel comfortable supporting each stage with patience, creativity, and structure. I also have experience working with children with diverse learning styles and developmental needs, always ensuring they feel safe and supported. I'm happy to help with transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping, and maintaining smooth routines. I love crafts, outdoor adventures, simple science activities, and cooking projects that make learning fun.
