Im finishing up a shared nanny job for two wonderful kids for this school year but have an open schedule for this summer! Before that I worked at a summer camp for about six years & absolutely loved helping kids of all ages become their best selves. Leading by example & unconditional positive regard can make any kid feel like they're capable of anything- which they are! While working on the craft porch & counseling groups of 10 kids ages 5-17 for day or overnight camp for one or two weeks without screens I did a little light babysitting in middle & high school because it seemed like a breeze after camp. I don't have the energy I used to when I was 19, but I'd still be happy to pick up from school, play some games, help with homework, make dinner, or just make sure they don't get too upset while playing on their iPad. I'm sure my certification has run out but I was first aid, CPR, & lifeguard certified for 6 years & have experience counseling campers of all abilities.
