About Alexa

Hi! My name is Alexa and I have a strong background in childcare education and pet sitting. As the oldest of four siblings, I've always had a natural role in caring for children, which later grew into professional experience. I have worked at my siblings' daycare and as an electives teacher, teaching students from kindergarten through 12th grade, including those in special education. These roles have given me the opportunity to work with children of all ages and abilities, helping me build patience, creativity, and adaptability. I am bilingual, which allows me to support language development and introduce children to new cultural experiences. Currently, I'm a pre-nursing student at Spring Hill College, where I'm further developing my knowledge in health, safety, and care. I bring warmth, responsibility, and a genuine love for working with kids to every family I work with. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can grow and thrive.
