About Alexa

Hi! My name is Alexa, and I have about 6 years of childcare experience. I've been with one wonderful family consistently for the past year, building a strong, trusting relationship with both the parents and their children. I've also helped raise my niece and nephew, which has given me extensive hands-on experience with different ages and personalities. I'm especially confident with newborns and have strong experience with feeding schedules, diapering, soothing techniques, and establishing healthy sleep routines. I'm patient, dependable, and prioritize safety while creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel secure and cared for. I'd love the opportunity to support another family! I would like to add that im also expecting my baby girl in October!
