About Alexa

My name is Alexa, and I've been caring for children in both daycare and home settings for the past several years. I currently work at a childcare center where I spend my days with infants and toddlers, but I also have plenty of experience with preschool and school-age kids. I'm CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross, and I've completed my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I'm also planning on continuing my education toward a Bachelor's, because I'm passionate about learning and growing in this field. What I love most about working with kids is building relationships with the children and families I work with. Whether it's helping with routines, coming up with fun activities, or simply being a safe and trusted presence, I always strive to make kids feel comfortable and cared for, and for parents to feel confident that their little ones are in good hands.
