About Jessica

Hi! I'm Jessica, a current psychology student at the University of Connecticut with nearly four years of childcare experience. I've worked with kids ages 2-13 in settings like dance studios, schools, summer camps, and after-school programs. I'm compassionate, responsible, and capable, and I always bring patience and positivity to every family I work with. I also tutor in ELA, reading, writing, and math, and scored in the top 5% nationwide on the SAT for English. My skills include behavior management, educational activity planning, and academic support. I'm currently earning certifications in CPR, First Aid, and child development. I've studied adolescent psychology for over four years, learning from professors at Brown and UMass Amherst. I'm passionate about helping kids grow and thrive in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment.
