I hired Aleta to watch/take care of my wife while I was in the hospital for a procedure. It was last minute. Aleta applied and came thru at the last minute. She arrived early to meet my wife and understand our needs. I found her to be energetic, kind positive and efficient, asking the right questions. My wife is completely deaf (since birth) she and Aleta were able to communicate with no trouble. My wife really enjoyed her. I would absolutely hire her again.
