About Alessandra

With over seven years of professional cooking experience, I bring a deep passion for simple and rustic cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients. I earned my Grand Diploma from the International Culinary Center, which laid the foundation for my work fast-paced, professional kitchens, including a Jean-Georges restaurant and Food Network. My culinary journey continued in Philadelphia, where I expanded my knowledge of locally sourced ingredients from farms as well as technical French and Italian cooking. A transformative chapter of my career took place in Tuscany, Italy, where I spent three months this summer in a Tuscan kitchen on an organic farm immersed in traditional Italian cooking. There, I learned the art of handmade pasta, rustic breads, and the beauty of letting high-quality ingredients speak for themselves. Whether I am creating intimate meals or providing meal prep services, my goal is to bring comforting, delicious food to the table with intention and care.
