About Alesia

I enjoy being a caregiver because I genuinely love working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm 22 years old and a senior at the University of Florida, earning my bachelor's degree in Psychology. My goal is to become a kindergarten teacher, and my education has given me a strong understanding of child development and the importance of patience, consistency, and positive encouragement. I have over six years of babysitting experience caring for children of various ages. I'm CPR/AED/First Aid certified, dependable, kind, and responsible, and I communicate openly with parents by providing updates if need be and addressing any concerns. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through reading, arts and crafts, board games, and outdoor play while making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for!
