About Alenzia

I've been an A. I. S. D. employee since 2016. My childcare experience starts at Norman Elementary, from 12-14 years old. I volunteered at Govalle in the after-school program until I went to college. Integrity, honesty, compassion, empathy, and a belief that ALL children are capable of GREAT things are my foundational pillars of conduct. I hold myself accountable to not only enrich students academically but to validate any emotional needs and provide strategies to regulate those emotions. I also have extensive experience with elder care. I have been a personal caregiver to 3 of my grandparents and other family members as well. Seedling health care trained me to care for my maternal grandmother. I have a deep respect for the elderly. I am an animal lover, and I provide pet sitting services as well.
