Hi! My name is Ale, and I'm a professional dancer and dance educator with a deep love for working with children of all ages. I have extensive experience teaching movement and creative expression to kids, teens, and adults, and I bring that same sense of curiosity, patience, and joy into childcare. Through my work as a dance educator, I've developed strong skills in engaging young minds, encouraging confidence, and creating a supportive and playful environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and be themselves. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows me to communicate easily with diverse families and introduce children to language in a fun, natural way. As a caregiver, I value kindness, structure, creativity, and open communication with parents.
