Aleja has been working with us as a full time nanny for over a year now. She has been taking care of our baby girl since she was an infant and has handled the changes from infancy to toddlerhood remarkably well. Aleja does a great job keeping our baby engaged by reading, playing and going on walks with her. She is very responsible, great at communication, gentle and caring. My daughter loves her very much! We are looking to transition our toddler to preschool, which is only reason we are letting Aleja go. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a nanny!
