Ale was my AuPair for a year and was a fantastic caretaker for my 2 tweens. We’d host friends over during that year and I got to see her watch my friends kids and thought she was really good with kids of different ages and handled multiple kids really well. So much so that friends would request that she watch their kids whenever she was free. Ale is respectful, proactive and really thoughtful. She’s a great caregiver and a good mother’s helper.
