About Alecia

Childcare has been a meaningful part of my work for the past five years. I have strong experience caring for infants starting at 3 months old, supporting daily routines such as bottle feeding, solid food introduction, nap schedules, diapering, safety, and developmental play. I've also worked in daycare and preschool settings, caring for babies and toddlers and assisting with older children up to age 10 when needed. I am confident supporting structured routines for toddlers and preschoolers, including meals, hygiene, activities, and daily transitions. I'm known for being patient, calm, reliable, and well organized, always creating a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. I respect each family's routines and parenting style and communicate clearly to ensure trust and consistency. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, comfortable with pets, and speak both English and Portuguese. I'm excited to bring my skills and love for childcare to support your family.
