Hello! I'm a dedicated nanny with 12 years of childcare experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Throughout the years, I have the experience managing the needs of multiple children all at once. My approach to childcare is centered on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe that early childhood experiences play an important role in shaping a child's emotional well-being and social development. I enjoy incorporating Montessori-inspired activities, arts and crafts, reading, and sensory play to help children develop independence and problem-solving skills. I also have experience supporting potty training and developmental milestones, as well as preparing meals, and maintaining consistent daily routines.
