About Alanni

Nurturing a child's growth and witnessing their development is my true passion. I am a loving, caring, and dependable childcare provider with three years of experience caring for children. I am passionate about creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. I helped care for and raise my younger brother from a young age, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand and respond to a child's individual needs. In addition, I have one year of professional experience working at the Boys & Girls Club, where I cared for and interacted with children ranging from ages 4 to 13. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, supervision, and understanding children's different personalities and needs. I always strive to go above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged while in my care. I can't wait to be aprt of your childs journey!
