About Alanna

Alanna was great during the interview process and was flexible in meeting us face to face when we changed the venue earlier in the morning. Bonus for that. We had one trial day in which she texted at the time she should have been at work to say she was stuck behind cars at the security gate- when we told her more than once to plan to be here early in case there are delays. Half an hour after the trial day, she texted to say her services were no longer available and had to leave town- it was weird. It wouldn't be fair to say much about her babysitting skills after a couple hours with my child though they did not seem to be meshing well. When the baby was asleep, she did ask how she could help around the house which was nice. I was not pleased with the other things however.
