Hello! I am a current M. A. Candidate at Johns Hopkins University, Advanced Academic Programs for Film & Media. As a published peer-reviewed author (Transactions Journal 2023), and seasoned undergraduate writing tutor, I am qualified to assist with any writing needs, from essays to critiques to commentaries to creative writing, not limited to prose, screenplays, and dramaturgical materials. As a writing tutor my aim is to provide organization and clarity for the pupil during the writing process. A typical tutoring session with me begins with an overview of assignment details--prompt, criteria, deadline--, followed by a collaborative outline for the pupil to use during the writing process, with a maximum of 2 revisions. During the revision process I conduct a spellcheck, grammatical accuracy, and syntax/cohesion, proofreading and formatting, and verbal/written feedback during sessions and typed on all documents.
