I have experience supporting both children and adults with special needs, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. My background includes early intervention with infants and toddlers, behavioral respite for a child with autism, and one-on-one behavior intervention with a 24-year-old woman with autism, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), community integration, emotional regulation, and social skills. I also served as an academic and behavioral shadow for a college student, providing note-taking and behavioral support in the classroom, and was the lead teacher for social skills classes for preschoolers, elementary-aged children, teens, and adults. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and am preparing for my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.
