About Alana

Hi! My name is Alana I would describe myself as compassionate, creative and outgoing. I have six years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including special needs, parks and recreation, and childcare. I have two younger siblings, ages 11 and 9, and have always loved being around children. I enjoy their creativity, energy, and unique personalities. My goal is to create a positive, fun, and welcoming environment where every child feels included, supported and encouraged to be themselves. I am looking for a family that values kindness, communication and building a strong relationship I believe communication is one of the most important parts of working together and I always strive to make sure everyone feels comfortable. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends going on walks, being outdoors, skiing, playing sports and reading. I look forward to bringing my positive energy creativity and compassion into a family while helping children!
