About Alana

Hi! I am an experienced caregiver and children's book author. Since age 12, I have helped raise my younger siblings and cousins, from newborns to age 13, and I have worked at 12 Corner's Daycare in Brighton, New York, with children up to age 12. My approach centers on a safe, nurturing environment where children learn and have fun. Animals are a natural part of my care. I have looked after dogs of many breeds, cats, bunnies, and ducks, and I currently have two cats that I have raised since they were 3 months old.
