About Alaisha

Hi there! I'm Alaisha, a NICU Registered Nurse who absolutely loves caring for babies and supporting families in the newborn period. My work in the hospital has given me a deep understanding of infant needs, feeding patterns, developmental milestones, and the importance of safe sleep. I also privately support families overnight and help establish healthy newborn sleep habits in a gentle, evidence-based way. I know how vulnerable those first months can feel, and my goal is always to bring comfort, education, and peace of mind. I'm CPR and neonatal-resuscitation certified, experienced with infants 0-3 months, and very detail-oriented when it comes to safety and routines.
