Hi, my name is Alaina! I'm a caring, patient, and reliable childcare provider with hands-on experience supporting children of various ages and abilities. While I haven't worked as a nanny yet, I've worked closely with autistic children and young adults in a school setting, helping them with daily routines, learning activities, personal care (including toileting and meals), and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard and valued. I'm passionate about helping children feel comfortable, confident, and cared for in their daily lives. I'm experienced with following schedules, assisting with transitions, and offering calm, consistent support throughout the day. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and any other tasks that make your day smoother.
