About Caitlyn

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring and loving I like working with kids because I enjoy teaching them new things, creating crafts with them, making them laugh and seeing their little smiles. I love watching them grow and develop new milestones and skills I started working with kids during my junior and senior year, I took preschool classes and that allowed me to work with them for 2 years. After I graduated I started working at Kindercare and have been for 2 years In my spare time, I like to watch netflix, relax, try new restaurants, bake, and play with my dog outside when the weather is nice. One thing you should know about me is i'm attentive. I work at a daycare so i'm used to caring for children, following routines, and creating a safe space for children :) I make sure they're safe, loved and cared for! My skills include being patient, routine management, and safety awareness
