About Alaina

Hello! My name is Alaina! Nurturing young minds is a passion of mine. I have one year of experience caring for children and find immense joy in fostering their growth and development. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. Currently, I'm an incoming junior at Purdue University and I am home for the summer. I reside in the Texas Corners/Kalamazoo area. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and schedules via the parent's request. I can help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have an open communication style with the parents via text, phone calls, or written notes. Ultimately, I want to provide your child with a safe and fun environment where they can thrive and as the parent knows their child is safe with me.
