About Akeyla

Hi! My name is A'Keyla, and I have several years of experience working with children in both professional and volunteer settings. I've worked in daycare environments with children ages 2 and up, where I supported daily routines, learning activities, and social development in a safe and nurturing space. I currently serve as a Girl Scout troop leader for a group of 8 girls ages 5+, where I plan engaging activities, coordinate meetings, and help build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. In addition, I've volunteered in schools for years, tutoring and supporting students academically. Beyond my professional experience, I also have extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages through family and community involvement. I'm patient, dependable, creative, and truly enjoy helping children learn and grow. I prioritize safety, structure, and fun in every environment I'm part of.
