I have known Nanol for several years. She took care of two of my children as infants to teens. My kids adored her. I cannot recommend her more than by saying that I am very protective of my kids and I knew they were safe and well cared for under her care. Her attention to their individual needs, how she made them feel heard and special is very important in childcare in my opinion. My kids loved her and they still do, as do I.
