My name is AJ, although some people call me Shawn. I've been working in caregiving for about 2-3 years, and honestly, caregiving is more than just a job to me. I truly love being able to help people and be someone they can depend on. I've always had a heart for taking care of others. I understand that sometimes people don't just need help with everyday things-they need someone who will listen, be patient with them, make them feel comfortable, and treat them with genuine kindness and respect. I take pride in being compassionate, dependable, and attentive to the needs of the people I care for. Whether it's helping with daily activities, preparing meals, keeping them company, or simply being there when they need someone, I'm always willing to help however I can. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and my goal is always to make them feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for.
