Aim is the number one person I trust with my children. Not only is he super patient and calm, but he is very well versed in working with individuals who are neurodivergent. He has many years working with individuals with special needs. He has a very positive calming affect on both my children (boys 4 and 5) and they ask for when Aim will be visiting again in the days after getting to enjoy their company. Aim is a very stand up individual, they are caring, empathetic, understanding, accepting of differences, and engages the kids in meaningful play and activities. Aim is very punctual. I never had to wait for them, in fact they are typically a couple minutes early and always makes us feel comfortable by giving us a little summary of how time was spent while we were out. Aim is dedicated and I’m sure, you and your children will adore him, as my family does.
