About Delaney

Hi there, My name is Delaney, I've worked with children for over 10 years in a variety of settings, nannying and as an au pair in Australia caring for children from 8 months to 8 years old. I currently work as a Family Coach at a childcare center, where I use evidence-based strategies to help children and caregivers find calm and connection. I have a Master's in Public Health with a focus on maternal and child health, and a strong background in early childhood education. I value developmentally appropriate enrichment, but I'm especially drawn to caregiving that's rooted in simplicity, patience, outdoor play, and strong, nurturing relationships. I'm always curious to learn about the approaches families value. I aim to be a respectful and supportive partner in your parenting journey.
