About Aili

My name is Aili (eye-lee) and I have a bachelor's in Studio Art and a minor in Psychology at Western Washington University! I started babysitting 9 years ago working with different families. During college, I worked as a toddler and infant teacher for the Boys and Girls Club. I've worked with kids as young as 2 months old up to 12 years old. Seasonally, I have taught art to students ages 5-14. My favorite thing to do with kids is art and playing games! In terms of behavior, I always look at the situation from the child's perspective and validate their big emotions. Taking a walk or taking deep breaths to soothe the nervous system.
