About Aija

Hi! I'm Aija, a college student with several years of childcare experience and a genuine love for working with kids. I've held nanny positions in high school where I helped with daily routines, playtime, and providing a safe, caring environment. As the oldest of three, I'm patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for children of different ages. I value reliability, clear communication, and creating a calm, fun space where kids feel supported. In addition to my childcare experience at home and through nannying, I've also volunteered in the children's wing at my church since middle school, working with kids regularly and learning how to care for them well in group settings.
