Hi, I'm Aiesha--a compassionate, reliable caregiver with a heart for seniors and real hands-on experience. During my time working housekeeping on a behavioral floor in a nursing home (Alzheimer's/dementia unit), I developed a deep respect and love for the elderly. While my role started with cleaning, I quickly found myself providing comfort, connection, and support to residents who often just needed a kind word or helping hand. I built strong bonds simply by showing up daily with care, patience, and presence. I later worked as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Southeast Healthcare, where I supported a senior client who was immobile--preparing meals, doing light housekeeping, and offering companionship. I'm gentle by nature, attentive to detail, and I value every senior's right to feel safe, heard, and honored in their space.
