About Aiden

Hi! My name is Aiden. I currently work as a Special Education Para in Piedmont. On the side, I tutor and babysit some kids in the Piedmont and SF area! I love watching kids grow up and gain confidence through every day tasks. My top three childcare skills are building strong, trusting relationships with children, engaging them creatively, and managing behavior with patience and consistency. In my current role at a school, I work with a diverse range of students and continually invest in developing individualized relationships that honor each child's unique needs and potential. My experience at summer camp reinforced the power of play, creativity, and presence in building rapport, while also teaching me how to support kids through challenges. Whether in academic or recreational settings, I strive to create spaces where children feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
