I have worked in ABA therapy for three years as a behavior specialist and a Clinical Leader. I have worked with kids ages 2-18 and have a wide skillset working with kids of different abilities. I have created and implemented behavioral plans, supervised staff, facilitated large social skills groups, and conducted parent trainings. I love working with kids and I bring a calm, fun, positive energy to any setting. I am creative, knowledgeable in behavioral and developmental therapy, and passionate about doing the best work that I can. I am currently in a graduate program for Clinical Counseling and hope to specialize in child and family practice with a goal of establishing my own practice after getting a Ph. D.

Ahnika is one of my favorite people and I feel so lucky to have her in my kids lives. She approaches kids with a calm, kind, caring demeanor. My kids feel loved, heard, understood, and really special and comfortable in her presence. She is highly skilled navigating all types of different behaviors and has impressed me over the almost 3 years I’ve had her with my kiddos. My boys have so much fun with her.
