About Ahnika

Hi, I've worked in childcare as a caretaker and tutor for four years. I have 60 credit hours in early childhood development, and I am CPR and first aid certificated. I believe every kid has the ability to learn if they have someone willing to teach them. I like working in childcare because I think kids are at a very important stage in their lives where they are learning about the world around them and themselves. They are supper curious and need a safe and healthy space to explore that curiosity. I think childcare is an important job because not only are you protecting and taking care of children, you are also setting them up for the rest of their lives. I want to be someone who can help protect and foster kid's curiosity and creativity so they can develop into their own selves.
