Ahire worked for me four years ago, watching my triplets who were two and half at the time. Ahire was punctual, creative, caring, and high energy keeping up with my three girls! She stayed with my kids for several date nights and also came to assist me on several days when I felt overwhelmed. She is very patient, is great with diffusing and redirecting sibling conflict, which happened a lot at that age. She's very artist, a fast learner and honest. Sadly we moved away and had to replace her with another helper. Ahire would make a valuable care member to any household.
