Dear Families, My background includes over a decade of child care service in private settings and child-care settings. I have had the opportunity to work with children from infant to school ages which has made me extremely competent in working with multiple children. With comprehensive knowledge and experience in Early childhood education, individualized tutoring, child safety training, developing curriculum and creative ways to help eager learners engage in well balanced play-learn activities, I believe my far reaching skill set will be of value. I thrive in roles where I feel autonomous and self directed whist respecting professional boundaries and policies. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated that I can handle lead roles as well as act as a true partner in achieving common goals. As a childcare enthusiast, analytical thinker with the ability to succeed in fast paced, high energy and changing environments. I believe l will be a good fit for this position
