I am a highly experienced childcare provider with 20+ years of hands-on experience in both private homes and daycare settings, including lead and infant lead roles. I provide structured, full-spectrum care including meals, homework support, light housekeeping, and developmentally appropriate routines guided by GELDS standards. I specialize in supporting children with diverse needs, including autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. As both a caregiver and a parent of a child with special needs, I offer a patient, consistent, and individualized approach that supports emotional regulation, communication, and growth. I offer care in your home or mine; however, my children will be present during care. I maintain a structured, well-supervised environment and limit the number of children to ensure each child receives attentive, high-quality support while also benefiting from positive social interaction.
