Experienced childcare provider with 20+ years in private homes and daycare settings, including Lead Teacher roles. I have extensive experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental differences, and behavioral support needs. As both a caregiver and parent of a child with special needs, I understand the value of patience, consistency, and individualized care.
