I have worked over 12 years with pre-school children. I have experiences working with new born, toddler and pre-schools children. I take them to appointments. I also take the child/children out for daily physical activities, library, farm and interesting places. I help in cooking for the child/family. Above all I maintained environmental safety, provide educative child development activities through love and caring.

Afusat has cared for our 13-month-old since he was four months old. It didn't take him long to take to her, and he was always happy to see her walk through the door. Afusat is very accommodating and flexible, which is essential regarding child care. However, we will be moving out of the area and consequently cannot keep Afusat on. I'm sure whatever family hires her next will be satisfied.

Afusat-or Miss Katie-as my kids called her was a member of our family for the past two years. She took care of our youngest son from the time he was 3 months to almost 2 years old. She also helped with my older son since he was 5 years old. Miss Katie brings a wealth of knowledge from her Masters studies in child development, her many years working in preschools, and with her own children and grandchildren. She is loving, patient, and knows how communicate and motivate children based on where they are in development. She took my youngest to experience new things whether on nature walks, at the playground, toddler classes, or at shopping malls. She also worked with him to develop his motor and verbal skills. She is honest, dependable, trustworthy. My children love her dearly and she have been an important part of their lives. I have no reservations in recommending her as a nanny. She is wonderful! Happy to serve as a reference.

We interviewed Afusat to care for our 5 month old and were immediately impressed with her presence, professionalism, and her obvious love for child care.  She was incredibly respectful during the interview and obviously very knowledgeable.  Unfortunately for us, our circumstances changed suddenly such that we no longer needed full time care for our child.  She would be a great asset to any family and we were very VERY disappointed that our circumstances had changed.
