Hi, I am 54 years old, educated, well spoken and well groomed. I have been in real estate my entire life, and certainly enjoyed a degree of success. I stepped back a year ago, somewhat a sabbatical, and have decided to close that chapter. I can say this: whatever I do, is done with everything I have to give, and done as close to perfection as I can perform. I have 2 children of my own, now 28 and 22 ( makes me feel old), so clearly I have firsthand knowledge of children, from babies into early adulthood. I also have a 94-year-old father, my hero, and have always enjoyed seniors. I feel that life comes full circle. There is a role reversal, where the children or caregivers become the parents. What a I am SUPER organized and efficient. Ok, maybe a little OCD. I can do laundry if required, provide rides to and from appointments/school, as well as general household errands and organization and transportation as needed. Thank you for reading my Bio,
