About Adrienne

Hi, I'm Adrienne! I'm a 38-year-old mom with a graduate degree in adult education. I believe we have something to learn from everyone, from the littlest humans to our elders and even our furry friends. I also believe that everyone deserves kindness and connection, and I strive to see the beauty in every soul's uniqueness. I grew up with five siblings. My mom provided after school care for kids, too. It was a lively environment! Cooperative play, creativity, and silliness were encouraged. I have a 2. 5-year-old son. I love the joy and invitation to step into the present moment that children offer. I also enjoy caregiving for older adults and for animals. In my spare time, I'm a singer-songwriter. I love to play around on all kinds of instruments. I also love writing, yoga, walking, spending time outside, swimming, animals, and dancing. My skills and strengths include effective communication, a safety-first approach, kindness, patience, and an emphasis on fun and genuine connection
